All of our treatments are served with our healthy and soothing Rooibos tea blends. We serve it hot in the cold months and ice cold in the summer months! We also have a small variety of products available to purchase here at the Centre.

- Signature Foot Treatment
- 45 minutes - $60
- This is the most commonly used service that we have to offer. We perform the most unique and effective Reflexology Treatment! We were trained by an instructor who created a newer and extremely brilliant "sliding technique" of Reflexology, unlike the common thumb-walking technique you typically find out there. At PFRC we also work quite a bit deeper on the foot than you may find in other places. Experience with this has shown a huge difference in the effectiveness of the treatment. This deep touch continues to the work that we do on the tendons, helping us to treat the problems people have with Plantar fasciitis and other foot pain. So on a whole, the treatment will tune up your entire body, inside and out, as well as working out the foot issues. It is an affordable, wonderful and safe way of investing in your health! - Hands Treatment

- Much like the Standard Foot Treatment, we work deeply on the hands leaving them feeling amazing while also accessing all of the organs of the body and improving circulation!
- Ear Treatment
- 15 minutes - $25
- Healing Massage Available: Deep Tissue or Relaxation
- 45 minutes - $60
- 60 minutes - $75
- Full Body (90 minutes) - $105
- We offer a massage as well, although we are not registered massage therapists. The massage is a deeper one leaving your muscles relaxed when you leave.
